Students enrolled in any degree program may pursue a minor designation in Human Sciences.
The Human Sciences Minor requires successful completion of a minimum of four academic course units (eight courses) in Human Sciences and approved courses with a minimum cumulative average of 65%, including:
- HUMSC 101, 102
- one of HUMSC 201, 301
- one of HUMSC 401; PHIL 418J
- two of PHIL 100J, 118J, 120J, 204J, 210J, 218J
- one of ITALST 291, 311, 312, 360, 370
- one of SOC 355J, 369J
Notes:
- Students may use no more than four courses at the 100-level to fulfill the plan requirements.
- Course selection should be made in consultation with the Director of Human Sciences as other approved courses may be substituted.
