Th Mathematics Minor requires a total of 10 math courses (5.0 units) which must include the following specific courses:

- STAT 220 Probability (Non-Specialist Level)
- STAT 221 Statistics (Non-Specialist Level)
- STAT 321 Regression and Forecasting (Non-Specialist Level)
- STAT 322 Sampling and Experimental Design (Non-Specialist Level)
- Three additional math courses which qualify for Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) degree credit
The required minimum cumulative average of all math courses is 60%, and at most two math courses may have failing grades.
Notes
- The Mathematics Minor designation is not available to students pursuing a Joint Honours with Mathematics or a Joint Bachelor of Computer Science.
- A student who obtains a Mathematics Minor may not also obtain another minor or option offered by the Faculty of Mathematics.
- A Mathematics Minor cannot be combined with Mathematical Economics offered in the Faculty of Arts or with Mathematical Physics offered by the Faculty of Science.
- Other math courses than those listed above may be used to satisfy minor requirements, with the approval of an academic advisor.
