Biology Specialization

This plan has the same requirements as Honours Applied Mathematics with the following additional requirements:

4.0 units, at least 2.0 units of which are at the 300- or 400-level, from the following list:

AMATH 382/BIOL 382 Computational Modelling of Cellular Systems
AMATH 383 Introduction to Mathematical Biology
Any BIOL course

Notes

  1. Courses used to satisfy the specialization cannot be used to satisfy the 300- and 400-level AMATH course requirements of the Honours Applied Mathematics plan.
  2. BIOL courses can be used to fulfil the subject concentration requirement of the Applied Mathematics plan.
