Architecture requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by February 13. Supporting documents must be received at the University by March 11.
Applicants to Arts programs applying for admission to Fall 2009 term must apply by March 31. Supporting documentation must be received by the Registrar's Office by April 15 for international applicants and June 30 for domestic applicants. The deadlines for the Winter 2010 term are October 30, 2009 (application) and December 1, 2009 (supporting documents) and for the Spring 2010 term, March 1 (application) and March 31 (supporting documents).
Accounting and Financial Management requires that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by February 13. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by March 11.
Computing and Financial Management requires that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by March 31. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by April 15.
Engineering and Software Engineering require that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by March 2. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by March 31.
Mathematics and Computer Science require that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by March 31 and supporting documents must be received at the University by April 15.
Optometry requires that applications for the Fall 2010 term must be dated as received at the OUAC by early October 2009.
Pharmacy requires that applications for the Winter 2010 term must be dated as received at the OUAC by January 30, 2009.
Social Work requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by December 15, 2008. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by January 30, 2009.
