The dates for Social Work differ than that specified above. Renison Social Work (BSW) students should consult the Renison Calendar for relevant dates in the spring term.

A "Monday Schedule" is a timetable of classes delivered on a Monday. Saturday, December 5 for the fall term has been designated as "Monday."

A "Friday Schedule" is a timetable of classes delivered on a Friday. Monday, April 5 for the winter term has been designated as "Friday." 

A "Thursday Schedule" or "Friday Schedule" is a timetable of classes delivered on a Thursday or Friday respectively. Tuesday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 28 for the spring term have been designated as "Thursday" and "Friday" respectively.

For example: Classes will not be held on Thursday, July 1 and Friday, July 2 for the Canada Day holiday. To compensate for the loss of these days and to equalize the teaching days across the spring term, the last two days of the term, Tuesday, July 27 and Wednesday July 28 will follow the Thursday and Friday schedule respectively.

* Grades for on-campus courses are due in the Registrar's Office throughout this period. Due dates for specific courses are normally scheduled seven days from the date of the final examination. Grades for courses without a scheduled final examination are normally due 14 days after the start of the examinations. Grades for Distance Education courses are due on the last date of the periods specified above, i.e., January 5 for Fall, May 4 for Winter, and August 31 for Spring.
