Continuation in this academic plan requires an overall cumulative average of 60% and a cumulative Sociology average of 75%.
Eligibility for graduation in the Honours Sociology academic plan includes successful fulfilment of the following requirements:
- Appropriate BA Program-level requirements. See "Bachelor of Arts."
- Sociology Plan-level requirements:
- at least ten academic course units (20 courses) in Sociology with a minimum cumulative average of 75%, including:
- SOC 101, 202, 280, 302, 321, 499A/B
- one of SOC 322, 410
- two fourth-year seminar courses (one of which must be from the theory seminars SOC 401, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 414, 416)
