Students are responsible for being aware of all regulations pertaining to their plans of study. When all requirements for a particular degree have been met, it is each student's responsibility to submit a completed "Intention to Graduate" form (www.registrar.uwaterloo.ca/forms/IntentionToGraduate.pdf) to the Registrar's Office.
