A Joint Honours academic plan with Russian and East European Studies may be taken in combination with most Arts disciplines in which an Honours academic plan is offered or with many Honours majors in other Faculties.
Continuation in this academic plan requires a cumulative overall average of 60% and a cumulative Russian and East European Studies average of 75%.
Eligibility for graduation in the Joint Honours Russian and East European Studies academic plan includes fulfillment of the following requirements:
- Appropriate Program-level requirements for the Home Faculty, including at least 20 academic course units. If the Home Faculty is Arts, see Bachelor of Arts.
- Russian and East European Studies Plan-level requirements:
- at least eight academic course units (16 courses) must be in Russian and East European Studies (courses designated CROAT, POLSH, REES, and RUSS, and courses on the list of Russian and East European Studies approved courses) with a minimum cumulative average of 75%, including:
- RUSS 201, 202, 301, 302
- REES 271, 272
- one REES course at the 300-level
- one REES course at the 400-level
