Students may combine the Honours Legal Studies academic plan with Arts and Business.
Continuation in this academic plan requires a cumulative overall average of 60% and a cumulative average of 75% in Legal Studies core and approved courses.
Eligibility for graduation in the Honours Legal Studies (Arts and Business Co-op and Regular) academic plan includes successful fulfilment of the following requirements:
- Appropriate BA Program-level requirements. See "Bachelor of Arts."
- Legal Studies Plan-level requirements:
- at least eight academic course units (16 courses) in Legal Studies core and approved courses, with a minimum cumulative average of 75%, including:
- LS 101, 401, 402
- 13 additional courses from the Legal Studies Approved Course List which must include:
- eight courses from the following Foundation Courses: AFM 231 or MTHEL 100; ENGL 210I; ENVS 201; HIST 277, 329; ISS 350E; LS 201/WS 206; LS 250; PACS 202; PHIL 215, 327; PSCI 291, 292, 363; PSYCH 230; SOC 370
- five courses from the balance of the Foundation Courses above and the following approved courses: CLAS/HIST 210; ENGL 212, 213; ENVS 401; HIST 236; ISS 350G; LS 102, 498; PACS 323; PHIL 226; PLAN 471; PSCI 225, 226, 260, 459; PSYCH 330; SOC 201, 222, 227, 228, 229, 249, 325, 327, 368
- of the 16 Legal Studies core and approved courses, at least four of the courses (in addition to LS 401 and 402) must be at the 300-level or above.
- five courses must be in one of the Legal Studies approved disciplines (i.e., any of the ones from which a course is drawn [see first bullet point above]); not all five courses need be Legal Studies approved courses.

Notes:
- No more than two courses may be double-counted between Legal Studies and any other academic plan or subplan.
- Students in a Legal Studies Four-Year General, Honours, Joint Honours, or Honours Legal Studies (Arts and Business Co-op and Regular) academic plan are not eligible to take the Legal Studies and Criminology Option.
