The Diploma of Excellence in Geographic Information Systems is not available to School of Planning students graduating with the Decision Support and Geographic Information Systems Specialization.

This Diploma requires a minimum cumulative diploma average of 80%. 

Successful completion requires:

1. 3.0 units distributed as follows:
   • GEOG 281/PLAN 281
   • GEOG 381/PLAN 381
   • GEOG 387/PLAN 387
   • GEOG 481/PLAN 481 (1.0 unit)
   • GEOG 487/PLAN 487
