Admissions
Admission to a Human Resources Management plan requires that the student has successfully completed HRM 200, has a minimum Human Resources Management plan average of 70%, and is in satisfactory standing in their other academic plans. Those interested in enrolling in a Human Resources Management plan should consult the Human Resources Management website for application procedures.
Requirements
Students enrolled in any degree program may pursue a minor designation in Human Resources Management (HRM).
The Human Resources Management Minor requires successful completion of a minimum of four academic course units (eight courses) with a minimum cumulative minor average of 70%, including:

Students who have completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management or the course requirements for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, or who have graduated from a college or university human resources or business program, are precluded from enrolling in the Human Resources Management Minor or Diploma at the University of Waterloo.
