Arts Academic Plans

Students enrolled in any degree program may pursue a minor designation in Legal Studies.

The Legal Studies Minor requires successful completion of a minimum of four academic course units (eight courses) with a minimum cumulative minor average of 65%, including:

• LS 101
• SOC 101/SOC 101R
• three LS courses at the 200-level
• three LS courses at the 300-level or above

Note

At least two academic course units (four courses) taken to fulfil the requirements of this academic plan must be unique to the plan, meaning they cannot be used to satisfy the requirements of any other academic plan (major, minor, etc.).
