The Bachelor of Public Health, Honours will be of interest to students concerned with the determinants of health, including those who value social justice and those with interests in how economic, cultural, social, political, ecological, biological, and geographic factors affect individual and population health. Graduates of the program will be practitioners of public health with a breadth of understanding across the full spectrum of public health activities and domains, including epidemiology, education, health communication and social marketing, health policy, and health systems.
Students may apply for admission directly into Bachelor of Public Health, regular or co-operative system of study.
In order to receive the Bachelor of Public Health degree, the student must successfully complete 20.0 units of which at least 10.0 total units are at or above the 200-level and including the following requirements:
