Continuation in this academic plan requires a minimum cumulative overall average of 60% and a minimum minimum Psychology major average of 65%. Conditional standing may be granted for one academic term to students whose averages fall below these criteria.
Eligibility for graduation in the Three-Year General Psychology academic plan includes successful completion of the following requirements:
- Appropriate program-level requirements. See Bachelor of Arts Degree Requirements.
- Psychology plan-level requirements:
- a minimum cumulative Psychology major average of 65%
- at least six academic course units (12 courses) in Psychology, including:

- Students who have not successfully completed Math 4U (grade 12 university level), a Grade 12 Mathematics course in a province other than Ontario, or an approved equivalent will be required to take MATH 103 as a corequisite to PSYCH 291. For those required to take MATH 103, it counts as an "unspecified elective" towards the degree requirements.
- PSYCH 291 and PSYCH 292 must be completed in Year Two. Normally, the Discipline Core courses are completed by the end of Year Two.
- Regarding the Social Science courses for the Bachelor of Arts Breadth Requirements, Psychology majors only require 1.0 academic course unit (two courses) from this area in a discipline(s) other than Psychology.
