Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies

Four-Year General Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies

Continuation in this academic plan requires a minimum cumulative overall average of 60% and a minimum cumulative Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies major average of 65%.

Eligibility for graduation in the Four-Year General Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies academic plan includes successful completion of the following requirements:

  2. Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies plan-level requirements:

  1. Students are encouraged to make note of course prerequisites and antirequisites and discuss their Sexuality, Marriage, and Family Studies (SMF) plan and course progression with the SMF academic advisor.
  2. Students are expected to complete courses in research methods and statistics from their major plan.
  3. No one course may fulfil more than one requirement within any SMF plan.
