Russian and East European Studies

Russian and East European Studies - Overview

In addition to basic language competency in both Russian and Croatian, the Minor academic plan in Russian and East European Studies (REES) includes courses in culture, literature, film, and linguistics, taught in English. The unique interdisciplinary nature of the plan is due in part to the fact that some courses that count toward the REES Minor are offered by other departments, such as History and Political Science.

Our graduates typically pursue careers in business, government, and higher education. We invite you to visit the Germanic and Slavic Studies website for more information, including alumni profiles.
