In order to graduate with a Minor in Earth Sciences, the following requirements must be met: - Successful completion of a minimum of 5.0 EARTH lecture units with a minimum average of 60% in these courses.
- The required courses must include:
- EARTH 121/122 and 121L/122L in Year One (1.5 units);
- 2.0 units from: EARTH 123, 221, 231, 232, 235, 236, 238, 260 in Year Two;
- A minimum of 1.0 unit from: EARTH 331, 332, 333, 342, 358, 359, 361, in Year Three;
A minimum of 0.5 unit from: EARTH 421, 433, 435, 436A/ B, 438, 440, 456, 458, 459, 460, 461, 471 in Year Four. Geological Engineering This is an interdisciplinary program administered by faculty from the departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth and Environmental Sciences.
