- Students whose major field of study is Chemistry may not take the following courses for credit: CHEM 228/228L, 266/266L, 267/267L.

Technical Electives
Any 400-level CHEM lecture course, including CHEM 471L, may serve as a technical elective with Chemistry content. In addition CHEM 233; 237; 305; 333; 340L; 355; 358; PHYS 359 (antireq: CHEM 358); CHE 36; BIOL 354, 439; EARTH 221; 421; 459 are eligible for this designation. Other courses may qualify as technical electives. Consult a chemistry advisor for advice.
