Architecture requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by February 15. Supporting documents must be received at the University by March 15.
Applicants to Arts programs applying for admission to Fall term 2007 and using the OUAC 105 application must apply by March 30. Supporting documentation must be received by the Registrar's Office by April 30 for international applicants. The deadlines for the Winter term 2008 are October 31 (application) and December 1 (supporting documents) and for the Spring term, March 1 (application) and April 1 (supporting documents).
Accounting and Financial Management requires that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by March 1. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by March 30.
Computing and Financial Management requires that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by March 30. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by April 30.
Engineering and Software Engineering require that applications be dated as received at the OUAC by March 1. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by March 30.
Mathematics and Computer Science require that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by March 30 and supporting documents must be received at the University by April 30.
Optometry requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by January 10.
Pharmacy requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by January 19.
Social Work requires that applications must be dated as received at the OUAC by December 29. Supporting documents must be received at the University of Waterloo by January 31.
