This course will focus on advanced pavement engineering. The course is primarily directed toward the management of existing road networks, with emphasis on pavements. Topics include priority programming of investments, in-service evaluation of structural capacity, serviceability of condition and safety, structural design, construction and maintenance management, and data systems.
