Math and Peace for Teachers

Following a brief introduction to Peace Studies, the social implications of math and computer science are explored through a lens of peace theory. We examine how math and computer science can influence poverty, democracy, policing, environment, health and more. Participants in this course will articulate how to help their own students see math and computer science as a tool for good or evil. Only offered online.
