The Department of Statistics and Actuarial Sciences offers a Master of Actuarial Science. The Master of Actuarial Science (MActSci) program is for strong candidates who have a first degree in a quantitative subject (not actuarial science) and who now want to fast-track through the preliminary, mathematical subjects of the professional actuarial curriculum.
Admission Requirements

A four-year honour’s Bachelor’s degree with an overall A- (83%) average from a Canadian university (or its equivalent);

The award of MActSc degree requires candidates to pass at least 12 courses, with an average grade of at least 70%.
