The Department of Systems Design Engineering offers postgraduate programs leading to the degrees of Master of Applied Science (MASc), Master of Engineering (MEng) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Students who are interested in our combined BASc-MASc program may visit our website for more information.
These postgraduate programs are founded upon the belief that the need for broadly educated individuals who are capable of solving interdisciplinary problems can be met uniquely by a program which combines philosophy of design with the discipline of system theory.
The programs consist of research and project work under the direction of faculty members from the department, coursework in the Department of Systems Design Engineering and electives from other departments.
