- Students who have not completed their program within a specific time limit set by the University will be required to submit an extension request as well as a progress report at the end of the specified time. There is no guarantee that an extension will be authorized in every case (see Academic Regulations).
- A person who has been admitted as a full-time graduate student, and who subsequently wishes to register either part-time or inactive, must submit a detailed request showing the reason for such a change of status. They must also submit a Change of Enrolment Status/Degree Completion/Voluntary Withdrawal and submit through their department for approval signatures.
